Any expatriate Pakistani living in any country outside Pakistan who wants to be able to connect potential business demands in their adopted countries to software houses and IT companies back here in Pakistan can register as a Techlead and start sending business leads back home.
No, there are no charges involved in becoming a Techlead in the system.
Those who opt to offer themselves as Techleads of Pakistan in their adopted countries will be able to serve Pakistan by way of increasing the software and IT services exports from the country.
The platform will have a real time dashboard that would recognize top Techleads and this will earn these expatriate Pakistani earn community recognition and inspire others with their role model activities.
Later in the program, PSEB intends to work for official and formal recognition of Techleads with special privilege membership cards that would have additional benefits for top performing individuals.
You can follow these steps:
- Register as a Techlead in the system. (All registrations are approved after a quick review of the PSEB team – this can take around 24 hours)
- Once your registration is complete, log in the system with your email and password.
- Select ‘Create an Opportunity– this will open up a short form in which you can enter the details. Once the opportunity details are filled in, save it.
- Saved opportunities can now be forwarded to a specific company or companies that you can search using various criteria such as location, technology stack etc.
Saved opportunities can also be posted in the open for all companies to see. Use this option if you are not sure which company to forward the opportunity to.
Software houses and IT companies registered with PSEB can additionally register with the Techlead platform to explore the business opportunities that passionate expatriate Pakistanis are bringing from their second home countries.
Register with the Techlead program if your company is not already registered. It is strongly suggested that software houses in Pakistan appoint an internal single Point of Contact (PoC) for Techlead opportunity management and development.
Once registered with the platform, your company can explore available opportunities or contact Techleads in particular countries where your company is interested to get business from.
